Qualification Standards
Applicants who do not meet the following minimum standards will not be approved.
Identification
- Current government-issued photo identification.
- Valid Social Security number.
Income
- Verifiable household income equal to at least three times the monthly rent.
- Income from sources that cannot be verified will not be considered.
Rental History
- Positive references from every landlord for the past five years.
- No prior evictions or unpaid landlord judgments.
Credit and Financial Responsibility
- Minimum credit score of 600.
- Credit history must reflect a pattern of financial responsibility.
Background
- A background check is conducted on every applicant 18 or older.
- Background history must reflect a pattern of personal responsibility.
Other Requirements
- Applicant must be a non-smoker.
- Occupancy is limited to two people per bedroom.
- No pets.
